Terry McAskill

CEO & Founder
  • Founder and CEO of Media Pros U.S.A., with over 28 years of international experience in sales and publishing management, strategic marketing/advertising planning, media negotiations, event marketing and entrepreneurial business development.
  • His leadership and strategic direction has enabled continued client growth while building strong media partnerships throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
  • Prior to forming Media Pros U.S.A., Terry founded and served as President of an international advertising and public relations firm specializing in hotel/resort marketing with offices in the U.S. and western Europe; Co-founded and operated a media representation agency, CommPros, LLC; was Regional Group Publisher of a U.S. National Visitor Guide information company, involved in launching publications in the southeast U.S., Caribbean and Great Britain.

Michele Bunn

Executive VP Sales
  • Michele Bunn has over 25 years of marketing, advertising and public relations experience in consumer package goods, international retail, public health, and media sales.
  • At International Playtex, she developed promotions and contests for 3 product lines and managed the New York showroom. She was Inventory Control Manager at Duty Free Shoppers Group, Ltd and helped develop a standardized inventory management system.
  • While living in Geneva, Switzerland, she consulted with the World Health Organization and Rolex Corporation and produced video products for events and then she headed up the Press and Media Office for the 6th International Conference on AIDS . She has also produced and consulted in fundraising video production for non-profit hospitals.
  • Michele is involved in community organizations through the Episcopal Church and is a Lacrosse mom Her son just enlisted in the Marines following graduation from Full Sail University. You can read her blog about media at Mediamichele’s Blog on Wordpress.com

Marcy Russillo

Broadcasting & Radio
  • 20 years experience in the ad community.
  • Started her career at BBDO Miami learning media and broadcast traffic
  • Media Manager for over 9 years at Tinsley Advertising, one of Florida's top regional agencies, and supervised buyers on the Paramount Pictures account, and planned and bought numerous other retail accounts.
  • Spent nearly seven years at JL Media, a national buying service, placing media throughout Florida and other markets in virtually every advertising category.
  • Highly knowledgeable in the media landscape, Marcy is known as a tough negotiator, fighting for low rates and added value while maintaining excellent relationships with the media.

Joan Marchand

EVP, Managing Director
  • Joan brings 28 years of media experience including a quality skill set honed in roles from media research/ strategy formulation and negotiations, to publisher of two Atlanta trade magazines, as well as multiple regional management positions representing major publishing firms, for which Joan consistently exceeded the goals of publishers, such as Advance, Media General, and Scripps to name a few.
  • With a results-oriented approach, no matter what the challenge, Joan has always delivered to meet her clients' media needs. Whether leading a media team or a sales team, she is committed to her team and her clients' successes. Joan's account partnerships have been built across various industries including major accounts in Banking, Grocery, Healthcare, and Travel.
  • Prior to Media Pros USA, Joan held a Key Accounts Manager position at Intersect Media Solutions a Florida Press Company.

T.J. Eagen

Digital Marketing Director
  • T.J. Eagen has over 25 years of experience helping advertisers find innovative ways to get the most out of their precious advertising dollars.
  • He was involved in staring up Boca Raton Magazine which has become one of the most prestigious and profitable magazines in Florida. He sold advertising for The Miami Herald's Tropic Magazine where he was involved in the first Tropic Hunt (now The Herald Hunt).
  • He was founding member of VendorPlus where for 10 years he helped advertisers, throughout the United States, find "over and above" advertising dollars and increase their advertising budgets. He helped establish VendorPlus as a leading source for vendor funded advertising in the country.
  • For the last 8 years he has run EIM Corp. an internet marketing company helping SMB's develop new business in the changing digital world. Starting with simple website development and evolving into, search engine marketing, social media and content marketing.
  • He has recently joined Media Pros USA as Digital Marketing Director.
